Rebecca Feek FINALLY Admits What We All Suspected — At 51

Introduction

At 59, Rory Feek Finds Love Again With “Miss Rebecca”

Eight years after the heartbreaking loss of his beloved wife Joey – one half of the country duo Joey+Rory – singer Rory Feek has stepped into a new chapter of life. On July 14, 2024, under a timber-frame pavilion in Greycliff, Montana, Rory exchanged vows with Rebecca, his daughter Indiana’s teacher.

What makes the story even more touching is that the “matchmaker” was none other than Indiana herself. One morning in March, during a drive to school, the 10-year-old innocently told her teacher: “Miss Rebecca, I think you should marry Papa.” When Rebecca later shared this with Rory, he broke down in tears. With the pure wisdom only a child can carry, Indiana gave her father permission to move forward—and gave herself the gift of a new mother’s love.

At the wedding, Rory surprised his bride by performing a song he wrote just for her, “I Do.” Yet he confessed that the most meaningful moment wasn’t the song or the beautiful setting, but the instant Indiana officially welcomed Rebecca into her life as “Mama.” “That’s when we became a family,” Rory wrote.

Rory and Joey’s journey had once captivated millions with their faith, music, and love story that ended far too soon when Joey passed away from cancer in 2016 at the age of 40. After her loss, Rory carried on—raising Indiana, sharing their story through his blog and music, and keeping Joey’s legacy alive.

Now, with Rebecca by his side, Rory has found companionship again and, more importantly, has given Indiana the gift of a complete family. It is a new beginning—simple, tender, and filled with love—much like the songs Rory continues to sing.
