Last night in Austin, I felt truly grateful to share the stage with **Brooks & Dunn** and to be part of the **Texas Heritage Songwriters Hall of Fame** Awards — a celebration honoring the songwriters who have shaped the very soul of Texas music.

Austin is never short on unforgettable nights, but this one carried a special meaning. Performing alongside **Brooks & Dunn**, whose music has defined country for decades, was an honor beyond words.

A huge congratulations to this year’s inductees:

* **George Strait** — a living legend and a true Texas icon.
* **Don Cook** — the mastermind behind countless timeless hits.
