Just two weeks after undergoing a major heart surgery that her family had hoped would mark the beginning of a healthier, more peaceful chapter, Rory Feek’s daughter Indiana was suddenly fighting for her life once again.

Doctors discovered that a significant amount of fluid had accumulated around Indiana’s heart, putting dangerous pressure on it and interfering with its ability to beat properly.
She was rushed into emergency surgery.
During the procedure, doctors drained approximately 610 cc of fluid from around her heart. Almost immediately, her heart rate returned to normal.
